Northland Developments Head Office & Sales Centre is based at the Stonebridge Village development on the Green Road, just off the Bangor to Newtownards carriageway. In 2005 we celebrated our tenth anniversary and during this time our name has become synonymous in the area of high quality, affordable homes catering for the first time buyer to the established family. The Company when originally formed in 1995 commenced life as a partnership between Cecil Pearson, Terry Rafferty and Gillian Robinson but has recently become an unlimited company with partners Cecil, Terry and Gillian continuing in directorship roles.

Since 1995 the team has expanded and Northlands reputation for value for money, high quality workmanship and excellent standards of customer care has grown. The company has combined a wealth of experience and talent into a team that is highly committed to producing homes of superior specification. This dedication and commitment has also been recognized by various prestigious awards over the years with Northlands winning numerous National Housebuilding Council Quality Awards, Construction Federation Excellence Awards and British Housebuilder Awards for Ardvanagh, Ardrowan and The Hastings developments. Our Stonebridge Site Manager has this year, for the fourth year running, been awarded the N.H.B.C. “Pride in the Job” Award for our ongoing work at Stonebridge Village.

The finest testament reflecting our continued commitment to high standards and customer care is shown in the fact that many of our customers are returning to purchase their second and even third homes with us or recommending us to family and friends. In 2004/05 41% of sales were as a direct result of customer recommendation.
